Emotions in Motion
This open therapy group is designed to provide a safe, compassionate, and affirming space for individuals living strong or fluctuating emotions, such a Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and other mental health challenges. Led by a therapist, this group will focus on the day-to-day realities of navigating life with these struggles, fostering an environment of understanding, support, and shared learning.

Our mission is not to “fix” or change anyone, but to offer a space where members can express themselves freely, be heard, and feel validated in their experiences. The purpose of the group is threefold:
- Support: Members will provide and receive mutual support, building a community of people who truly understand the unique challenges they face.
- Shared Learning: Group members will have the opportunity to learn from each other’s lived experiences, gaining new perspectives and strategies for handling life’s ups and downs.
- Coping and Regulation Skills: With guidance from the therapist, participants will explore effective coping strategies and regulation skills that support emotional well-being, from an affirming and compassionate perspective.
- We recognize that each individual’s journey is unique, and we aim to meet people where they are, focusing on resilience, self-acceptance, and personal growth. Our goal is to help members find practical ways to navigate the emotional complexities of their lives while fostering a sense of belonging and understanding.
