Whit Lusk, PLPC

As a neurodivergent therapist, the people I tend to work best with are those who may be struggling with issues related to identity, emotional regulation, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, masking, relationship challenges, or long-standing patterns shaped by trauma or invalidation.
My work is rooted in the belief that beneath every coping pattern is a person doing their best to survive. I integrate DBT alongside IFS-informed parts work to assist clients in challenging unhelpful behavioral patterns, strengthening self-esteem, and building greater emotional stability and self-understanding.
If this resonates, I welcome you to reach out. Therapy can be a scary thing to engage in, but it can also be a place to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and self-acceptance.
