Unseen Alliance
Living with an invisible disability means constantly navigating a world that doesn’t always see or understand what you’re going through. Whether it’s the exhaustion of self-advocacy, frustration with being dismissed, or the weight of internalized ableism, these struggles are real—and you don’t have to face them alone.
This weekly virtual therapy group, led by a disabled therapist, is a space for people with invisible disabilities to connect, support one another, and develop real, usable strategies for coping with the challenges of life as a person with a disability. Together, we’ll talk about the realities of disability—how to set boundaries, challenge both societal and internalized ableism, respond to external doubt, and manage the emotional and practical aspects of living in a world that often misunderstands our needs. This is a place for encouragement, shared wisdom, and community, with a focus on strategies that help you move through life with more ease and self-trust.
