This link will take you to a values sorting exercise. It will ask you to go through several potential values and identify ones that fit you, narrowing down to your top values. Try not to overthink this one, and remember that just because you decided to “discard” a value doesn’t mean it’s not important – it just means it wasn’t the most important right now.
Once you’re done, save or print your top values and reference them at least once per day. Ask yourself: what am I doing to live in line with these values today? How can these values help me refine my goals? If I’m feeling lost or facing with a tough decision, how can these values help me find my way?
