Frankie Salisbury, LPC, NCC, C-DBT

My philosophy for counseling is based in my own experiences of practicing mindfulness. I see my role as helping people figure out what it means for them to live a meaningful life and develop a better relationship with their own emotions. My specialties are anxiety, mood disorders, problems of emotional regulation, trauma, substance use problems, and LGBT issues.
I tailor my approach based on your needs, strengths, and personality. My approaches are very effective for helping find more balanced emotions, taming anxiety and stress, and building healthier relationships. I’m trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
I have passion for my work and remain grateful for the experiences I’ve had working with people from all walks of life. I look forward to getting to know more about your story.
