Our Counselors

Chelsea Testorff, CIT
Seeking support can feel vulnerable, which is why Chelsea strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can move at their own pace and feel heard throughout the process. Trauma, anxiety, and difficult experiences can shape how we see ourselves and the world around us, but healing can begin with self-compassion and understanding. Chelsea’s trauma-informed approach, rooted in CBT and ACT, focuses on helping individuals impacted by trauma, PTSD, sexual violence, anxiety, and crime-related experiences process difficult emotions, build on their strengths, and develop sustainable coping strategies for everyday life.

Whit Lusk, PLPC
As a neurodivergent therapist, Whit works especially well with individuals navigating challenges related to identity, emotional regulation, obsessive-compulsive patterns, masking, relationship difficulties, or long-standing experiences shaped by trauma or invalidation. Whit believes that beneath every coping strategy is a person doing their best to cope and survive, and approaches therapy with compassion and understanding. By integrating DBT with IFS-informed parts work, Whit helps clients challenge unhelpful patterns, strengthen self-esteem, and develop greater emotional balance, insight, and self-understanding.
