Chelsea Testorff, CIT

If you’re feeling stuck and struggling with processing experiences and difficult emotions, you’re not alone. Seeing someone to work through some of your most personal moments can feel vulnerable. This is why I try to create an environment where we’ll move at your pace and make sure you feel heard and comfortable through each session.

Trauma, difficult experiences, and anxiety can shape our view of the world around us and our view of ourselves. Healing can start when we approach ourselves with compassion rather than judgment and learn how those experiences impact us.

My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in CBT and ACT. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, PTSD, sexual violence, anxiety, and have been impacted by crime

Together, we will focus on building on your current strengths, process difficult emotions, and work on coping strategies that are maintainable in your current lifestyle.
